The intuitive controls, designed for gloved hands, complement the high-contrast OLED display, which is easy to read in low-light conditions.

The compact and ultra-durable DX500 provides a far more natural sounding, 3 watts of digital audio, clearer and louder than radios twice their size. For further peace of mind, the DX500 Series has a market-leading IP68 submersible rating of 2 metres for 4 hours to cope with the harsh conditions of life at sea. We have produced a selection of certified and approved audio accessories for the DX500 Series, including remote speaker microphones, bone conductive skull mics and ear defender headsets.
